We may collect account and authentication information, guest account identifiers, device information, notification tokens, support messages, payment records, and app usage information needed to operate and secure the app.
For pump operators, we may collect pump name, phone number, facilities, verification information, pump location name, precise latitude and longitude, and uploaded verification documents or images where required.
2. Location Data
Users may share location to find nearby CNG pumps and calculate distance. Pump operators capture precise GPS coordinates while standing at or near the pump premises so users can navigate accurately. The app may show a readable location name, but exact latitude and longitude may be stored for navigation and verification.
3. Payments and Credits
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, net banking password, or wallet credentials. Credits are added only after server-side payment verification. Payment IDs, order IDs, amount, status, and related transaction information may be stored for support, refund, and fraud-prevention purposes.
4. Calls and Notifications
The app may use microphone, internet calling, and notification services to connect users with pump operators. Call metadata such as call status, time, duration, and related credit usage may be stored for billing, support, safety, and dispute handling.
5. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide nearby pump search, navigation, operator onboarding, verification, credits, payments, calls, notifications, fraud prevention, analytics, app security, and customer support.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers required to run the app, including Firebase, Supabase, Razorpay, Agora, Google services, map/location providers, cloud hosting, and notification providers. We may also share information if required by law or to protect users, operators, our app, or the public.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet or mobile app system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms. You may contact us to request support regarding your account or data.
9. Account Deletion Requests
You can request deletion of your CNG Pump Status account by contacting us through WhatsApp or email using the contact details below. Please include your registered phone number, email address, user ID if available, and the reason for deletion so we can verify and process the request.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data where possible. Some information may be retained if required for payment records, refunds, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.
10. Children's Privacy
CNG Pump Status is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Your Choices
You can choose whether to grant location, microphone, camera, and notification permissions through your device settings. Some app features may not work correctly without required permissions.
