2. Premium Upgrade, Payments & Refund Policy

Our app offers a "Premium" version via a one-time payment to remove ads. Please note the following terms regarding purchases:

  • Payments: All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank details.
  • Local Storage: Because our app operates entirely offline without a backend server to protect your privacy, your Premium status is stored locally on your device.
  • Uninstalling the App: If you uninstall the app, clear the app data, or switch to a new phone, your local Premium status will be lost and cannot be restored. You will need to purchase the Premium version again.
  • Refund Policy: As the Premium upgrade is a digital product that provides immediate access to ad-free features, all sales are final and non-refundable once the features are unlocked.

3. Advertising

This app uses Google AdMob to display ads in the free version. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Bluetooth & Nearby Permissions

The app uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (via Google Nearby Connections API) for connecting two devices in Controller mode. No data is transmitted to external servers — communication is only between the two paired devices.

5. Internet Permission

Internet access is used solely for processing Razorpay payments and loading advertisements (AdMob). Voting data is never sent over the internet.

6. Storage Permission

Storage is used only to save candidate symbol images you pick from your gallery. These images remain securely on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
